HPLC法测定羊肚参中桃叶珊瑚苷的含量

Determination of aucubin in Pedicularis henryi by HPLC

  • 摘要: 建立HPLC法测定羊肚参中桃叶珊瑚苷含量的方法,测定不同产地羊肚参中桃叶珊瑚苷的含量.采用HPLC法,Waters exterra RP18色谱柱,V(甲醇)∶V(水)= 2∶98为流动相,流速0.9 mL/min,在205 nm波长下测定样品中桃叶珊瑚苷的含量,结果显示:桃叶珊瑚苷在0.02~1 μg范围内线性关系良好.平均加样回收率为101.83%,RSD为4.25%.表明所建立的羊肚参中桃叶珊瑚苷含量测定方法重现性好、结果准确可靠;通过对不同羊肚参中桃叶珊瑚苷含量的测定,为羊肚参的质量控制提供了参考.

     

    Abstract: To set up a determination method and determine the contents of aucubin in Pedicularis henryi Maxim using HPLC.The conditions of Chromatography:Waters exterra RP18 column was used with a mobile phase of MeOH-H2O (2∶98,v/v) at flow rate:0.5 mL/min,to determine aucubin in the sample with wavelength 205 nm.The calibration curve of aucubin was in good linearity over the range of 0.02—1 μg,The average recovery were 101.83%,the relative standard deviations(RSD) were 4.25%.The method is reproducible,accurate and reliable; through the determination of the content of aucubin from different places Pedicularis henryi,provides the reference for the quality control of Pedicularis henryi.
