GC-MS法分析市售薄荷味电子烟烟油挥发性成分

Analysis ofvolatile constituents of marketed electronic cigaretteliquidwith mint flavor by GC-MS

  • 摘要: 采用二氯甲烷萃取方法,对市场上销售的6种薄荷味电子烟烟油中的挥发性成分进行提取,通过GC-MS共鉴定出53种成分,在所检出的53种物质中,6种薄荷味电子烟烟油共同具有的物质有7种,他们分别为丙二醇、甘油、薄荷脑,胡薄荷酮、D-香芹酮、乙酸薄荷酯和十八烷酸,这7种物质组成了6种薄荷味电子烟烟油的主要挥发性成分,七者相对质量分数之和在样品1、样品2、样品3、样品4、样品5和样品6中分别占42.19%、67.57%、91.53%、95.69%、80.67%和75.79%,其他挥发性成分相对质量分数较低.样品2和样品6中烟碱的相对质量分数高达28.90%和20.40%,约是样品5和样品1的2倍,样品3和样品4是无烟碱电子烟烟油.感官评吸结果,样品3抽吸感官上相较其他5种样品具有明显优势.

     

    Abstract: The volatile constituents of 6 kinds of electronic cigarette liquid with mint flavor marketed were extracted by dichloromethane,53 compounds were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).Results indicated that there were 7 common compounds including propylene glycol,glycerin,menthol,pulegone,D-carvone,menthyl acetate and octadecanoic acid which found in six samples and accounted for 42.19%,67.57%,91.53%,95.69%,80.67% and 75.79% of the total peak area in sample-1,sample -2,sample -3,sample-4,sample -5 and sample -6 respectively.Other volatile compounds content were lower.The relative content of nicotine in sample-2 and sample-6 which reached 28.90% and 20.40% was about 2 times as much as that of sample-5 and sample-1,respectively.Sample-3 and sample-4 were electronic cigarette liquid without nicotine.The sensory evaluation showed sample-3 had a significant advantage of sensory quality over the other five kinds of samples.
