2种糖对烟丝吸湿性及燃烧性的影响研究

Effect of two sugars on water retention and combustion of tobacco

  • 摘要: 为考察料液中糖对烟丝物理化学性质的影响,利用DVS和STA分别研究葡萄糖和D-果糖对烟丝的保润性和燃烧特性指数影响.结果显示:① 在温度为25 ℃,相对湿度在10%~80%条件下,添加的糖对烟丝的吸湿性都有所增加,3.516%的葡萄糖使其保润性明显改善,而D-果糖影响不大;② 2种糖的添加使烟丝的燃烧特性指数明显降低.

     

    Abstract: The DVS and STA were applied to investigate the effect of two liquid sugars,glucose and D-fructose,on the physical and chemical properties of tobacco,including the water retention and combustion characteristics of tobacco.The results showed that under the condition of a relative humidity of 10%—80% and temperature of 25 ℃,both of the sugars would increase the hygroscopicity of tobacco and the effect of glucose was more than that of D-fructose.In the meantime,two sugars added into the tobacco would change the combustion characteristics of tobacco significantly.
