云产烤烟、香料烟及白肋烟中主要香味成分的研究
A study of flavor composition in different type tobacco leaves of Yunnan with GC-MS

摘要: 以云南产的烤烟、香料烟、白肋烟为材料,采用同时蒸馏萃取,GC-MS定性、定量方法对3种不同类型烟叶中主要香味成分进行了研究.研究表明:3种烟叶中主要香味物质在种类和含量上均有较大差异,在检出的75中化合物中,有40种为3种类型烟叶共有;各类型烟叶特有香味物质,烤烟有2种,香料烟有10种,白肋烟有14种.香味物质总量白肋烟>烤烟>香料烟,新植二烯占总香味物质比例烤烟>白肋烟>香料烟.Abstract: The flavor composition in flue-cured tobacco leaves,oriental tobacco leaves and burley tobacco leaves of Yunnan were identified and analysed by using simultaneous distillation and extraction equipment and GC/MS.The results showed that there are significant differences in flavor composition and contents of three different type tobacco leaves.In the 75 species aroma components,there 40 species are same in three different type tobacco leaves.Flue-cured tobacco has 2 species special aroma components,oriental tobacco has 10 species special aroma components,burley tobacco has 14 species special aroma components.The total contents of aroma components are burley tobacco higher than flue-cured tobacco,and higher than oriental tobacco.The percent of neophytadiene in total contents of aroma components is flue-cured tobacco higher than burley tobacco,and higher than oriental tobacco.
