Abstract:
The difference in the 64 chemical components among enriched, clear, and intermediate in flue-cured tobacco were studied with 142 leaf samples in 2011.Results showed that significant or extremely significant differences existed in some chemical components among aroma styles. In general, variation in most chemical components of enriched aroma tobacco was greater than that of clear aroma tobacco and intermediate aroma tobacco. There were significant differences existed in sugar, petroleum ether extract, fructose, sucrose, rutin, manganese, copper, zinc, oxalic acid, malonic acid, stearic acid,2,3'-bipyridine among aroma styles(
P<0.05).The enriched aroma tobacco had significantly higher contents of petroleum ether extract, fructose and 2,3'-bipyridine,clear aroma tobacco contained significant higher sugar, rutin and oxalic acid, intermediate aroma tobacco had significantly higher contents of fructose, sucrose, copper, zinc, malonic acid.
