不同香型烤烟中致香成分含量差异性分析

Variance analysis of aroma components in various aroma style flue-cured tobacco leaves

  • 摘要: 以2011年收集的139个烤烟为材料,研究了浓香型、清香型和中间香型烟叶45种致香成分含量的差异.结果表明,清香型烤烟样品中大部分致香成分含量的变化幅度要大于浓香型和中间香型烤烟样品.浓香型糠醇、苯甲醛、巨豆三烯酮A、巨豆三烯酮B等4个指标含量显著较高,清香型新植二烯、棕榈酸等2个指标含量显著较高,中间香型异佛尔酮、β-二氢大马酮、巨豆三烯酮A、巨豆三烯酮B、巨豆三烯酮C、巨豆三烯酮D、二氢紫罗兰酮等7个指标含量显著较高,其余指标在3种香型烤烟之间并没有显著差异.

     

    Abstract: The difference of the 45 aroma components among enriched,clear and intermediate in flue-cured tobacco were studied with 139 leaf samples in 2011.Results showed that significant or extremely significant differences existed in some aroma components among aroma styles.In general,variation in most aroma components of clear aroma tobacco was greater than that of enriched aroma tobacco and intermediate aroma tobacco.The enriched aroma tobacco had significantly higher contents of furfuryl alcohol,benzaldehyde,Megastigmatrienone A,Megastigmatrienone B, clear aroma tobacco contained significant higher Neophytadiene,palmitic acid,intermediate aroma tobacco had significantly higher contents of isophorone,β-damascone,Megastigmatrienone A,Megastigmatrienone B,Megastigmatrienone C,Megastigmatrienone D,dihydroionone.There’s no significant difference of other indexes between three kinds of aroma of flue-cured tobacco.
