高效液相色谱法测定食用添加剂中的硫脲
Determination of thiourea in edible additive with high performance liquid chromatography

摘要: 为快速、准确地测定食用添加剂中硫脲的含量,建立了使用去离子水作为萃取剂,经过离心分离和甲醇调节溶剂环境后,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测硫脲的分析方法.结果显示:①食用添加剂样品经去离子水振荡萃取,甲醇调节进样分析,能够实现较好的分离效果;②方法的检测限为0.43 mg/kg,定量限为1.42 mg/kg,方法回收率范围在90.85%~94.34%之间,日内和日间精密度均小于5%.Abstract: For rapidly and sensitively determining the thiourea in edible additive,a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed,in which the edible additive was extracted by deionized water,then separated by centrifugal and diluted by methanol.The results showed that:① The samples of edible additive could be analyzed directly after extraction by deionized water and diluted by methanol,the separation results was satisfactory.② The detection limit of thiourea was 0.43 mg/kg,the limit of quantitation was 1.42 mg/kg and the recovery ranged from 90.85% to 94.34%.The intra-day and inter-day precisions were all less than 5%.
