Cu2+掺杂的金红石/锐钛矿型TiO2复合光催化材料的制备及性能研究

Synthesis and photocatalytic activity of Cu2+ doped rutile/anatase TiO2 nanocomposites

  • 摘要: 以层状偏钛酸为前驱体,硝酸铜为铜源,通过调节溶液pH值,水热法合成了Cu2+掺杂的TiO2复合光催化材料. 采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等表征手段对样品结构和形貌进行了分析,并考察了所合成的TiO2基复合材料光催化降解亚甲基蓝的性能. 研究结果表明,pH=0.5~1.5时层状偏钛酸完全转变成了Cu2+掺杂的金红石/锐钛矿型TiO2的复合物,在pH=0.5条件下制备的Cu2+掺杂的TiO2展示了较高的光催化性能.

     

    Abstract: The Cu2+ doped TiO2 composite photocatalysts were synthesized by using the layered H2TiO3 as the processor and Cu(NO3)2 as the copper source after the colloidal solution was adjusted a desired pH value. The photocatalysts obtained were characterized by XRD and SEM. And a methylene blue (MB) was used to study the photocatalytic activities of Cu2+ doped TiO2 composite photocatalysts under UV light irradiation. The results show that the layered H2TiO3 is completely transformed into Cu2+ doped rutile/anatase TiO2 composites at pH 0.5~1.5. And the Cu2+ doped TiO2 composite obtained at pH 0.5 exhibits the higher photocatalytic activity.
