破布草化学成分研究

Studies on the chemical constituents from Stachys kouyangensis

  • 摘要: 利用多种色谱手段对产自于云南省富民县的破布草地上部分70%丙酮−水提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位进行化学成分研究,通过化合物波谱数据鉴定其结构,分别鉴定为:6−羟基−豆甾−4−烯−3−酮( 1 )、豆甾−4,22−二烯−3−酮( 2 )、β−谷甾醇( 3 )、S−(+)−去氢催吐萝芙木醇( 4 )、地芰普内酯( 5 )、植物醇( 6 )、安告佛醇( 7 )、反式咖啡酸( 8 )、丁香酸( 9 )、水杨酸( 10 )、十二酸( 11 ). 其中,化合物 12457 为水苏属植物中首次报道,所有化合物均首次从破布草中分离得到.

     

    Abstract: To study the chemical constituents of Stachys kouyangensis (Vaniot) Dunn collected in Fumin County, Yunnan Province, 70% acetone aqueous extract of the aerial parts of. S. kouyangensis were separated and purified by chromatography methods. As a result, eleven compounds were isolated and determined by spectroscopic analysis to be: 6−hydroxystigmast−4−en−3−one ( 1 ), stigmast−4,22−dien−3−one ( 2 ), β−sitosterin ( 3 ), S−(+)−dehydrovomifoliol ( 4 ), loliolide ( 5 ), phytol ( 6 ), angophorol ( 7 ), trans−caffeic acid ( 8 ), syringic acid ( 9 ), salicylic acid ( 10 ), dodecanoic acid ( 11 ), respectively. All compounds were obtained from S. kouyangensis for the first time, and compounds 1 , 2 , 4 , 5 , and 7 were the first isolates from the genus Stachys.
