一种碘代醇的高效合成方法研究

A mild and effective synthesis of halohydrin compounds via ring-opening reaction of epoxides

  • 摘要: 介绍一种采用环醚、碘和硅烷为原料,通过环醚的开环反应,高效合成卤代醇的方法. 在室温下无需使用溶剂和催化剂,通过碘、硅烷和环氧化物三组分进行高收率的碘代醇化合物制备,同时讨论了不同类型的硅烷和环氧化物的反应活性.

     

    Abstract: A mild method will be introduced in this paper, with which halohydrin can be effectively synthesized by ring-opening reaction of epoxides. Halohydrin can be prepared at room temperature by the reaction of iodine, silane and epoxides in high yield, without using solvent and catalyst, the effect of different kinds of silanes and epoxides on such method also have been discussed.
