双苯甲酰基脲类化合物的合成及杀虫活性(Ⅱ)

Synthesis and insecticidal activity of new bis-benzoylphenylurea compounds(Ⅱ)

  • 摘要: 从百菌清(2,4,5,6-四氯-1,3-苯二腈)出发,经过氟交换、氨解、水解和酰化反应,合成了9个新的双苯甲酰基脲类化合物,总收率为30%~40%.所有化合物都经IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,HRMS及元素分析数据的证实,并对它们的杀虫活性进行了初步的测定.

     

    Abstract: Nine new bis-benzoylphenylurea compounds have been synthesized in 30%-40% yield from available compound chlorothalonil(2,4,5,6-tetrachloroisophthalonitrile) via fluorine exchange,aminolysis,hydrolysis and acylation reactions.The structures of all products were confirmed by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,HRMS and element analysis.Preliminary insecticidal activities of the synthesized compounds have been also tested.
