Studies of synthetic process of tert-butyl nitrones

Abstract

Abstract

N-tert-butyl hydroxylamine was prepared and its quality was controlled by gas chromatography.Then it reacted with benzaldehyde disulfonic acid disodium salt and 3,5,6-trimethyl-2-pyrazinealdehyde,respectively.After recrystallization,N- tert-butyl nitrones compounds NXY-059 and TBN were obtained.The concise synthetic processes with high yields were suitable for industrial manufacture.
