Abstract
New genetic resources are exceedingly necessary for enriching the wheat genetic background and promoting wheat quality. In this study,110 genotypes of wild emmer wheat which derived from Mt.Hermon of Israel were taken as materials, potting and field trial were conducted in 2009 and 2014,respectively.Growth environments showed no significant effect on total phenolics and total flavonoids. The correlation analysis displayed the major negative correlation between agronomic traits and seed components. The linked markers to two genes of grain protein content (GPC),GPC-B1 and Fd-GOGAT,were used as haplotypes to analysis the population, and these two markers were segregated within the population. The comparison of different haplotype groups proved that these two GPC genes exhibited the significant effects not only on the content of total soluble protein and amino acids, but also on the length of spike and awn. There was a significant impact on the wild emmer wheat agronomic traits and most grain nutrition components between pot and field growing conditions.
