Studies on solid-phase extraction of 43 drugs abused in serum

CLEAN SCREEN column was used for extraction of 43 abused drugs in serum. The comcentrations of the 43 drugs in the extacts were determined by CG-MS and/or UV.Among the 43 drugs,the recoveries of 26 drugs exceed 90%,the recoveries of 8 drugs were between 80% and 90%,the recoveries of 8 drugs were between 60% and 80% and the recovery of 1 drug was under 60%.Based on the results,CLEAN SCREEN column could be used for extraction or the 43 drugs in serum.The method was simple rapid and with a high recovery.
