Optizing cultivation condition of thermophilic protease from Geobacillus sp.YMTC1049 strain

The factors affect the production of thermophilic protease from Geobacillus sp.YMTC1049 strain were reported.Among the nutrilits which include glucose,maltose,yeast extract,casein,tryptone,polypeptone,and peptone,YMTC1049 strain digests glucose and casein easier than others.By orthogonal test,influence of various factors on enzyme production of YMTC1049 strain was investigated,the suitable condition of YMTC1049 strain fermention was obtained.312 units of thermophilic protease activity in 1 mL of fermented culture could be achieved under the suitable condition.
