  • Five almost completely 16 S rDNA sequences were obtained from Dagunguo of Tengchong Rehai with culture independent approach.A phylogenetic tree was constructed,among which two of these sequences are Bacillus,the other three sequences belong to Genera Hydrogenobacter,Pseudomonas and a potential genus that belongs to the family Thermodesulfobacteriaceae,it takes a position between the Genera Geothermobacterium and Thermodesulfobacteria.
