Investigation of LIV signal of LaCaMnO3 films

  • The series of LCMO films have been deposited successfully by the Pulse Laser Deposition. Then the Laser Induced Voltages of these LCMO films have been measured.The LIV signals from the films on the substrates at different tilt angles are found to coincide with the theoretical function of LIV.The measure method of LIV signal of films is introduced and the result of experiment is analyzed.
