  • The structure of compound (2),produced by acyloin rearrangement of gibberellin (1) under basic condition,was studied mainly by its NMR spectra.Furthermore,its structure confirmation was carried out based on the X-ray crystallography of compound (3),which has the same C,D ring conformation as compound (2).
