Separation of unsaturated fatty acids from rubber seed oil——Separation and purification of polyunsaturated fatty methyl ester

The saponification,acidification and esterification of rubber seed oil were carried out and obtained the mixed fatty methyl ester.Then polyunsaturated fatty acids were separated and purified from mixed fatty methyl ester by urea clathration.Separation conditions were:m(mixed fatty methyl ester,g):m(carbamide,g):V(alcohol,mL)=1:1.8-2.1:2.8-3,reflux time was 120 minutes.Mass fraction of multivalent unsaturated fatty methyl ester in product was over 90%.The product yield was over 35%.
