Photosynthesis characteristics of Polystichum tsus-simense gametophyte during its different development stages

The chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of four development stages of Polystichum tsus-simense(Hook.) J.Smith gametophyte were studied.The results showed that parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence Fm,F0, Fv/Fm, F'v/F'm, Fv/F0, Yield and qP were significant positive correlated (pqN was negative correlated which did not show significant difference(p>0.05).These results suggested that the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics are heterogenous during different development stages of P.tsus-simense gametophyte.The efficiency of light energy conversion of PSⅡ reaction center and photosynthetic capacity gradually increase by development processing.
