2011年春季丽江一次冰雹灾害天气过程的成功预警

Analysis of successful early warning of a hail disaster weather in the spring of 2011 in Lijiang

  • 摘要: 应用多种常规资料、数值预报产品、卫星云图及多普勒雷达回波,对2011年4月30日19:40发生在丽江古城区的降雹过程进行了成功的预报预警.得出的一点体会是,对于小概率事件的强对流冰雹灾害只要抓住3个环节:背景条件诊断、关注有无前兆对流云的生成和发展、是否具备降雹的雷达回波特征,是能够进行提前预警和有效地开展人工消雹作业的.对于本次过程,根据08时的相关资料分析判断出当日已具备降雹的天气背景条件后,时刻关注周边地区有无前兆对流云的生成,16:30发现前兆对流云发展后,先后4次向各县局通报天气形势及对流云系发展情况,并要求做好强对流天气的跟踪及服务,18:5521:09又先后向各县局通报了雷达回波信息,古城区根据预报预警信息进行了消雹作业,尽管造成了一定灾害,但仍取得了较好的预警效果.

     

    Abstract: Multiple conventional data,numerical forecast products,satellite nephogram and Doppler radar echo data are used to analyze a hail weather process which is successfully warned in the ancient city area of Lijiang on April 30,2011.By analyzing and summarizing,the author drawn an useful experience that three aspects were worth attention:①diagnosing weather background conditions;②paying close attention to whether convective clouds has emerged and is developing;③analyzing and grasping radar echo characteristics of the hail clouds.
