残波烟草和斯托克通氏烟草的大孢子发生及雌配子体发育比较研究

A comparative study between Nicotianarepanda W.and Nicotianastocktonii B.on megasporogenesis and the development of female gametophyte

  • 摘要: 研究以残波烟草和斯托克通氏烟草为材料,采用直接观察和石蜡切片法对其大孢子发生和雌配子体发育过程进行了研究.结果表明2个种有很多相似之处:形态学上,均为管状花,自花授粉,果实为蒴果等;胚胎学上,二者均为二室子房,倒生多胚珠,大孢子母细胞经减数分裂形成直线型四分体,3个退化后剩下一个形成功能大孢子,成熟胚囊为八核七细胞胚囊.但2个种发育过程中也有不同之处:在形态和开花物候上,植株高度、花朵大小颜色等均有差异,从移栽至现蕾时间和花期长短也有差异;胚胎学上,珠被绒毡层退化时间、胚囊发育中细胞形态不同.2个种均未发现胚发育的异常及胚囊败育的现象.

     

    Abstract: The megasporogenesis and the development of female gametophytes of Nicotianarepanda W.and Nicotiana stocktonii B.were studied by applying paraffin section and morphological observation.The results showed that they were similar in morphology,they were self-pollination,tubiform floret,capsule.In embryology,they had bilocular ovaries,anatropous and multiple ovules,and after meiosis straight line tetrad was formed from megasporocytes,three of them degenerated,leaving only one as a functional megaspore to develope in embryo sac which had seven cells and eight nuclei.Difference was also shown both morphologically and embryologically between N.repanda and N.stocktonii as in plant heights,flower colors and sizes;they were also different in the time of forming buds ,flowering time,degenerating time of tapetum and the shape of cells in the sac.The phenomenon of abnormalities and abortion of embryo sac were not found.
