气相色谱法测定丽江糙苏中芳樟醇的含量

Determination of linalool in Phlomis likiangensis C.Y.Wu by gas chromatography

  • 摘要: 采用气相色谱法测定丽江糙苏中芳樟醇的含量.色谱条件为19091X-113-HP-Inowax (30m0.32mm ,0.25m) 石英毛细管柱,程序升温,初始温度80℃,以速率2℃/min升温至100℃,进样口温度280℃,FID检测器,检测器温度300℃,分流比5:1.芳樟醇在0.02~2.01g内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.99987.平均回收率为101.06%,RSD为0.89%(n= 6).该方法简便、快速、准确可靠、重现性好,可作为丽江糙苏的质量控制标准方法.

     

    Abstract: A method was established for the determination of linalool in Phlomis likiangensis C. Y. Wu. by gas chromatography.19091X-113-HP-Inowax (30m0.32mm,0.25m ) was used as analytical column,temperature program was used for measurement.The column temperature was at 80℃,and then heated up from 80℃ to 100℃ with a rate of 2℃/min,injection port temperature was at 280℃,FID detector was used,detector temperature was at 300℃.The spliting ratio was 5:1.A good linearity relationship was shown between 0.022.01g(r=0.99987).The average recovery was 101.06%,RSD=0.89%(n=6).The method was simple,accurate with good repeatability.It could be used for the quality control of Phlomis likiangensis C. Y. Wu.
