Abstract: The flavour components were extracted from Chamaemelum nobile (L.)All by ultrasound assisted extraction (UAE) and identified by GC/MS,the relative content of each component calculated with peak area normalization method,and add fragrant application effect of cigarettes were also researched.39 components were separated from Chamaemelum nobile (L.)All by using ultrasound assisted extraction and 19 of them were identified,representing about 82.57% of the total content.The most abundant constituent was dragosantol oxide A (19.23%).The Cigarette application results showed that,the extract of Chamaemelum nobile (L.)All can effectively increase sweet character of cigarette ,improve the taste and fragrance of smoke ,cover up the offensive flavor,and make smoke soft and smoothly.The study on the analysis of volatile components of Chamaemelum nobile (L.)All and the research of application in cigarette provided the basis for further development and utilization of Chamaemelum nobile (L.)All resources.
