GC-MS法测定纸杯口触材料中18种酞酸酯迁移量

Determination of 18 phthalate acid esters migration in paper cups of mouth-contact material by chromatography-mass spectrometry

  • 摘要: 建立了同时测定纸杯口触材料中18种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)迁移量的液液萃取-气相色谱-质谱(LLE-GC-MS)方法.以唾液模拟物提取纸杯口触材料中的PAEs,再以二氯甲烷为萃取溶剂、苯甲酸苄酯为定量内标物,经二氯甲烷液液萃取富集、减压浓缩至近干,正己烷定容,再通过脉冲不分流进样,GC-MS选择离子监测(SIM)模式分析检测.该方法标准曲线线性回归相关系数R均大于0.99,检测限2.69×10-5 ~1.00mg,加标回收率73.4%~114.4 %,相对标准偏差1.42%~8.72 %,该方法具有较好的回收率及重现性,能够满足纸杯口触材料中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的检测需求.

     

    Abstract: It is established a method for the simultaneous determination of 18 phthalate acid esters (PAEs) migration in paper cups of mouth-contact material by liquid liquid extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (LLE-GC-MS).PAEs in paper cups of mouth-contact material were extracted by saliva stimulant,and extract was extracted and enriched by liquid liquid extraction,with dichloromethane as the extracting solvent and benzyl benzoate as the internal standard,the solvent was evaporated in vacuum until it almost dry,constant volume was made with n-hexane.Then sample was injected by mode of pulse splitless,and tested by SIM mode of GC-MS.The correlation coefficients(R) of 18 PAEs were over 0.99,and the limits of detection were 2.7×10-8 g to 1.00×10-3 g.The recoveries of 18 PAEs were ranged from 73.4% to 114.4% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of results were in the range of 1.42%~8.72%.The method has advantage of recovery and repeatability,meet further the request for testing of PAEs in paper cups of mouth-contact material.
