基于环三聚磷腈的超分子液晶研究进展

Progress on the study of supermolecular liquid crystals based on cyclotriphosphazene

  • 摘要: 综述了以环三聚磷腈为核设计合成的系列树枝状超大分子及它们呈现的超分子液晶行为.依据核上引入的液晶基元的结构,这类化合物能自组装形成具有一维、二维甚至三维纳米结构的液晶相,如向列相、层列相、柱相及三维立方相等.这些液晶相的出现取决于环三聚磷腈衍生物对空间的最优化填充作用、刚硬核与柔性链间的微观相分离作用及微观相分离后形成的界面曲率的大小等.研究表明,以环三聚磷腈为核的树枝状超大分子可以作为研究非常规超分子液晶的典型范例,由此获得的复杂超分子液晶结构也将为新型功能材料的研究奠定坚实的基础.

     

    Abstract: In this article,the synthesis of dendritic supermolucules based on cyclotriphosphazene and their liquid-crystalline behavior were reviewed.With different mesogenic units attached,cyclotriphosphazene derivatives are able to self-assemble into 1D-,2D- even 3D-nanostructure,such as Nematic phase,Smectic phase,Colunmnar phase and three-dimensional Cubic phase.These mesogenic characters are due to the supermolucular space-filling,microphase segregation of the rigid and flexible parts as well as the effects of interface curvature.Study shows that dendritic supermolucules based on cyclotriphosphazene give typical examples on the research of non-conventional liquid-crystalline molecules,and the resulting supermolucular structures should benefit to create of novel functional materials.
