金属硫蛋白的研究进展

Research progress of metallothionein

  • 摘要: 金属硫蛋白是一类广泛存在于生物体内的多功能诱导性蛋白.作者对近年来在金属硫蛋白的结构、分类、功能及测定方法等方面研究取得的进展做了简要的介绍,同时提出了一些金属硫蛋白研究中存在的问题,并对金属硫蛋白将来可能的应用前景进行了展望.

     

    Abstract: Metallothionein is a multi-functional induced protein,which exists in almost all organisms.In the paper,the advances in the structure,classification,and functional characteristics of metallothionein were briefly introduced,as well as methods for determination.Besides,some scientific problems in the research were listed,and the probable applications of metallothionein were prospected.
