  • 摘要: 玉溪市人影空域请令系统(以下简称系统),率先在云南省各地(州)级气象部门实现了人工影响天气的空域申请批复的自动化和系统化.系统是根据玉溪市人影作业的需要,依托气象业务通信网络,自主研发而成.系统采用C/S结构,在Windows平台下,模块化程序设计,以VB为编程语言.系统不仅可以完成实时人影作业的空域申请和批复,还能对作业信息进行实时监控、实时传输作业信息、下达预警信息及作业记录管理等其它功能的综合人影空域请令系统.作业资料采取数据库双备份,作业过程指令以语音提醒和列表显示2种方式,实现了作业资料的实时更新和入库管理,确保人影作业的安全.

     

    Abstract: The system of Yuxi weather modification achieve the artificial weather airspace application and approval automatically and systematically in the Yunnan province meteorological departments firstly.Based on Yuxi weather modification operation needs,the system was developed independently relying on the meterological operational communication network.The system uses the C/S structure,modular programming and VB as the programming language under the Windows platform.The system can not only complete modification airspace application and approval real-time,but also monitoring,transmission job information,issued the warning information and operating records management functionality integrated modification airspace systems.Operational data takes databases dual backup,operating process instructions shows by two ways of voice reminder and list,even achieves updates of the operating data timely and storage management,to ensure the safety of the modification jobs.
