不同侧边界方案对正压原始方程组预报效果的比较研究

  • 摘要: 在有限区域的数值预报中:针对所要预报的区域,应选用较好的侧边界处理方法,以便使由于侧边界处理所引入的误差在预报期间尽可能达到最小.因此,对正压原始方程模式嵌入3种侧边界处理方案:固定边界条件;海绵边界条件;无梯度边界条件.为了探讨缓冲区的问题,设计了2种方案:方案A:以(38.75N,78.75E)为中心的区域60120格点模拟后,除去最外5圈输出结果.方案B:以(38.75N,78.75E)为中心的区域50110格点模拟后,直接输出结果.比较了2种方案嵌入不同的侧边界对正压原始方程模式模拟同一区域位势高度场的影响.获得了一些有意义的结果:① A方案嵌入固定边界条件和海绵边界条件预报效果都比无梯度边界条件的好,最好的是海绵边界条件.②B方案嵌入固定边界条件和海绵边界条件预报效果都比无梯度边界条件的好,最好的是固定边界条件.③方案A优于方案B.

     

    Abstract: In order to make the error of forecasted area casued by lateral boundary processing as far as possible to achieve the minimum in the forecast period,we should choose the better lateral boundary processing method.Thus,three kind of lateral boundary simulation schemes are nested to the barotropic primitive equations:Fixed boundary condition;Sponge boundary condition;Non-gradient boundary condition.In order to explore the issue of the buffer zone,has designed two kind of plans:Plan A:After (38.75N,78.75E) as the central region 60120 grid point is simulated,then outputed except most outside 5 results.Plan B:After (38.75N,78.75E) as the central region 50110 grid point is simulated,then direct outputed result.Compared with two kind of plan is nested different side boundary to barotropic primitive equation pattern simulation identical region geopotential height field influence.The results indicated that ①A plan is nested fixed boundary condition and sponge boundary condition are all better than non-gradient boundary condition in forecast effect,which best is the sponge boundary condition.②B plan is nested fixed boundary condition and sponge boundary condition is all better than non-gradient boundary condition,which best is the fixed boundary condition.③Plan A is better than plan B.
