拟薄水铝石制备的中孔氧化铝的热稳定性研究

A study on thermal stability of mesoporous alumina prepared by pseudo-boehmite

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种用工业原料拟薄水铝石快速合成中孔氧化铝的方法,并对合成的中孔氧化铝热稳定性进行研究,通过加入氧化镧和氧化钡对合成的中孔氧化铝进行改性.利用氮气吸附-脱附仪及X射线衍射分析仪对样品的性能进行表征,比表面分析结果表明经过1050℃老化后,空白中孔氧化铝的比表面积为91m2/g,而经氧化镧和氧化钡改性的中孔氧化铝样品的比表面积分别为127m2/g和109m2/g,经XRD分析知,老化后样品表面生成了镧铝酸盐和钡铝酸盐,从而阻止了中孔氧化铝内部孔结构的坍塌.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,weve explored and worked out a quick synthesis approach to forming mesoporous alumina by using Pseudo-boehmite.In addition,the process of adding lanthanum oxide and barium oxide into mesoporous alumina on the effects of the thermal stability of the mesoporous alumina has been investigated.The as-synthesized samples have been characterized by BET and XRD.The analysis results show that the BET of mesoporous alumina prepared reaches 91m2/g after aging at 1050℃.While the BET of modified samples by rare earth and alkaline-earth element are 127m2/g and 109m2/g respectively.In the light of the result of XRD,the formation of LaAlO4 and BaAl2O4 has prevented mesoporous alumina from sintering and transforming into α-alumina at 1050℃.
