云南勐海地区几种古树茶中生物碱含量的测定

The determination of alkaloids in the several ancient treestea in Yunnan Menghai area

  • 摘要: 茶叶中的生物碱具有许多独特的生理活性,主要含有可可碱、茶碱和咖啡碱,也有少量嘧啶类生物碱.采用反相高效液相色谱法,在优化的色谱条件下,建立了一个同时分离测定可可碱、茶碱和咖啡碱的反相高效液相色谱法,快速准确地测定这些生物碱在古树茶叶中的含量,对评估古树茶的品质和其保健功效有着重要的参考价值.

     

    Abstract: Alkaloids from tea have many unique physiological activities,mainly containing theobromine theophylline and caffeine,there are a small number of pyrimidine alkaloids as well.A new reversed-phase-high performance liquid chromatographic procedure for the determination of alkaloids was described.The method has been used for separation and determination of the theobromine,theophylline and caffeine in tea and tea drinking.The results showed the method,which is simple,rapid,sensitive and of wide linear range,could be used for the determination of alkaloids in tea and be assessed the quality of ancient teas and its health function.
