The best dimension design of flexural vibration thin circular plate

  • 摘要: 弯曲振动圆盘在空气强功率超声领域方面应用广泛.对于给定的工作频率,弯曲振动薄圆盘的半径和厚度的选择存有多种,哪一种才是辐射效率最高的设计方案呢?作者从弯曲振动薄圆盘的振动特性出发,推导了弯曲振动圆盘在自由、固定和简支边界条件下模态声辐射效率的表达式.利用高斯数值积分,计算了前四阶振动模态下弯振圆盘的模态声辐射效率,得到了圆盘在给定激励频率下某一固定模态振动时的最大声辐射效率及圆盘在此状态时的尺寸,这个尺寸就是最佳设计尺寸,为弯曲振动辐射薄圆盘和阶梯圆盘的设计提供了参考.

     

    Abstract: The flexural vibrating thin circular plate has been widely applied in the strong power ultrasonic field in air.There have been many design schemes of the radius and the thickness when the flexural vibrating thin circular plate vibrate at a certain frequency.Which is the best scheme of these design schemes? The expressions for modal radiation efficiency of the flexural thin circular plate with free,clamped and simply supported boundaries have been derived based on the analyzing of vibration characteristics.The modal radiation efficiency of the thin circular of four vibration modes can be calculated by using the five nodes Gaussian numerical integration method.Highest acoustic radiation efficiency and the dimension of the thin circular plat in this state have been obtained under a certain frequency with every modal.This dimension can be defined as the best dimension.All the investigations in this paper provide sound foundations for the design of the flexural vibrating thin circular plate and the stepped circular plate.
