Abstract:
To discuss the effect of esophageal cancer cells,we developed them in vitro using different doses of cisplatin.Eca-109 esophageal carcinoma cells were processed in three experimental groups with high, medium and low dose of cisplatin, respectively, and A549 lung adenocarcinoma cells were processed using the same method in three control groups.Methylthiazol tetrazolium (MTT) method was used to determine the inhibitory effects. The results showed that different doses of cisplatin can inhibit the Eca-109 esophageal carcinoma cells. The inhibition rates were (73.16±1.35)%,(39.76±1.04)%,and (18.75±0.62)%,respectively,while the higher the dose, the stronger the inhibitory effect. So,cisplatin can inhibit the growth of esophageal carcinoma cells, and the higher the dose, the stronger inhibitory effect.
