Abstract: Taking Business School of Yunnan Normal University as an example,the article reviews the reform and practice of “The Course of University Computer Basis” for the last decade.Three aspects have been reflected here:the development of independent college’s effect on the teaching of the course,independent college students' learning characteristics and evaluation methods of computer basis teaching. Meanwhile,the existing problems and solutions are discussed.It is hoped that the discussion could be valuable in improving the teaching quality of the similar courses.
