基于自动控制技术在有毒有害气体监测控制装置中抑制零漂的研究与应用

The research and application of restrain zero excursion in the inspect/control  equipment of poison gas which based on the autocontrol technology

  • 摘要: 有毒有害气体检测是治理环境污染的重要环节.对有毒有害气体及有毒有害气体缓慢泄露等特殊复杂环境下有毒有害气体检测的可靠性、稳定性一直是有毒.有害气体检测仪器、装置研制的重点、难点.采用“工作不调零,调零不工作”的零漂抑制设计技术,通过2个有毒有害气体传感气交替工作,对传感器进气气路的控制等方式研制出的有毒有害气体监测控制装置,有效解决了复杂环境下有毒有害气体检测、报警类装置的误报、漏报等问题.

     

    Abstract: Checking poison gas is a import tache in fathering the polluted surrounding,in special surrounding such as poison gas and poison gas leaking slowly.The reliability and stability of poison gas checked is always the keystone and difficulty of the gas checked instrument.The text adopted the zero excursion technology of “no zero when working,zero when no working” which developed inspect/control equipment of poison gas,via alternating work of two sensor and enter route controlled method which settled the inspect/control equipment's problem of misinformation,fail to report in complex surrounding.
