昆明地铁盾构施工阶段数值模拟研究

Research on the numerical simulation of the subway shield construction in Kunming

  • 摘要: 基于土-结构耦合理论以及盾构施工基本原理,采用Duncan-Chang双曲线模型,应用有限元分析软件Midas-GTS数值模拟了昆明地铁首期工程1号线某处隧道盾构施工工况,得到了地铁盾构施工阶段隧道的位移场分布和支护体系的应力场分布情况.结果显示,隧道体系位移值、应力值和应变值均在控制范围内,生产流程可安全运行.

     

    Abstract: Based on the theory of soil-structure coupling and shield construction,the research uses the hyperbolic model and Midas-GTS finite element software to simulate the working condition in tunnel construction of somewhere in Kunming metro first-phase project Line 1.The displacement field distribution of tunnel in metro construction stage and the stress field distribution of supporting system are obtained.The result shows that the displacement value,stress value and strain value of tunnel system are within the control range and thus the production process can be operated in safety. 〖WT5HZ〗
