3-氨基硫脲四氢吡咯烷催化的环己酮与N-Boc亚胺的不对称anti-Mannich反应研究

Study on asymmetric anti-Mannich reaction of cyclohexanone andN-Boc imine catalyzed by 3-aminothiourea pyrrolidine

  • 摘要: 以N-Boc(S)-3-羟基四氢吡咯烷为初始原料,设计合成了含有硫脲官能团有机小分子催化剂6a和6b,并将其应用于环己酮与N-Boc芳香醛亚胺的不对称anti-Mannich反应,初步研究了催化剂的活性,获得了中等的收率和选择性.

     

    Abstract: Organocatalysts 6a and 6b which contain thiourea functionalities were designed and synthesized with (S)N-Boc 3-hydroxypyrrolidine as a start material.The catalytic activities were tested by the asymmetric anti-Mannich reaction between cyclohexanone and N-Boc imine,and moderate yield and stereoselectivities were obtained.
