Needle trap-GC-MS法分析云南不同产地薄荷的挥发性成分

Analysis for volatile composition of Mentha haplocalyx Briq. in different regions of Yunnan by Needle trap-GC-MS

  • 摘要: 对来自云南石林、德宏和西双版纳3个种植地薄荷的挥发性成分进行分析,并探讨其差异,为薄荷的种植和开发利用提供理论依据.应用动态针捕集-气质联用法对3个种植地薄荷的挥发性成分进行分析并探讨动态针捕集-气质联用法在天然植物挥发性成分分析中的适用性.从3个种植地的薄荷中共分离鉴定了44个挥发性成分,主要是单萜和倍半萜萜类及其含氧衍生物,发现石林和德宏种植薄荷的挥发性成分相似度很高,它们L-薄荷醇含量都达70%以上,西双版纳种植的薄荷与二者差别很大,主要成分为百里香酚(20.04%)、香芹酚(19.03%)和对伞花烃(12.19%)等.结果表明不同的生长环境对薄荷的化学组成有很大的影响,石林和德宏种植的薄荷中薄荷醇含量大,适合作为生产薄荷香型香精的香原料,可应用于食品、化妆品和烟草等产业中,而西双版纳种植的薄荷含有很多的药理活性成分,可能更适合应用于传统中草药领域.

     

    Abstract: Objective:In order to provide a scientific evidence for the cultivation and exploitation of Mentha haplocalyx Briq.,volatile components analysis of peppermint grown in Shilin,Dehong and Xishuangbanna were done.Methods:Volatile components of peppermint in 3 growing areas were analyzed by the Needle trap-GC-MS,and the suitability of using the Needle trap-GC-MS for plant analysis of volatile components was investigated.Results:In total,44 volatile components were separated and identified from peppermint grown in three origins,most of them were monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes terpenoids and their oxygenated derivatives.Those grown in Shilin and Dehong showed a high similarity in volatile components where L-menthol alcohol had a content of more than 70%.A big difference was found in the peppermint grown in Xishuangbanna where the main components were thymol (20.04%),carvacrol (19.03%) and 4-Isopropyltoluene(12.19%).Conclusions: Different growth environment had a great influence on the chemical compositions of the peppermint.Peppermint that grew in Shilin and Dehong produced high levels of menthol,suitable as a flavor material of producing mint aromas fragrance,which could be used in food,cosmetics and tobacco industries.However,peppermint grown in Xishuangbanna contained a lot of pharmacological active ingredients,might be more suitable for application in traditional Chinese medicine field.
