Abstract:
In order to solve the fairness criteria of radio resource allocation under Underlay-CDMA mode,on the analysis of traditional based on utility fair allocation standard and model, this article proposes a new utility-based fairness strategy after analyzing the traditional fairness criteria. It can yield a better balance between throughput and rate by using the weighted average strategy of joint rate-power,namely WAF,as the utility function in resource allocation.Simulation results show that, compared with the conventional fairness policy (namely the max-min fairness criteria and proportional fairness),the proposed method has more effectiveness and superiority in Underlay-CDMA wireless cognitive cellular network.
