云南野茄资源形态学性状的多元统计与分析

Multivariate statistical analysis of the morphological characters ofwild eggplant germplasm resources in Yunnan Province

摘要: 对40份云南野茄资源的果形、果色、单果质量等12个主要形态学性状进行变异度分析、相关性分析和聚类分析等多元统计分析.变异度分析结果表明材料之间存在着显著的遗传差异，各性状在不同材料之间表现出不同程度的多样性；相关性分析发现，有7对性状间表现为极显著正相关，7对性状间表现为极显著负相关；通过聚类分析将材料划分为5大类，其中第1类与栽培种差异最大，第3类与栽培种最接近.本研究为云南野茄的研究利用理清了思路，并为加快野茄资源在茄果类生产和育种中的应用奠定基础.

Abstract: Twelve fruit characters of 40 wild eggplant germplasm resources were studied by multiple statistical analysis.The result of variation analysis indicated that there were abundant genetic variations among different fruit characters and different germplasm resources.The correlation analysis showed that 7 pairs of characters had extremely significant positive correlation and 7 pairs of characters had extremely significant negative correlation.Forty wild eggplant germplasm resources were classified to 5 groups by cluster analysis,and the first group was much different from the eggplant cultivars,but the third group was similar with the eggplant cultivars.These results could be a basis for the breeding of eggplant and accelerating the utilization of these wild materials.
