一种基于压缩感知和小波变换的图像水印算法

A new image watermarking algorithm based on compressed sensing and wavelet transform

  • 摘要: 提出一种基于压缩感知和小波变换的数字图像水印算法.首先使用小波变换对载体图像进行稀疏分解表示,对低频系数矩阵进行Arnold置乱;然后采用高斯观测矩阵对系数矩阵进行压缩感知测量,在感知域也即在压缩信号中进行水印嵌入;最后使用OMP算法进行重组的低频矩阵信号恢复,使用小波逆变换重构图像.在水印算法中,测量矩阵同时充当了密钥的作用,增强了算法的安全性,此外,Arnold变换也增强了水印的不可见性和安全性.经过仿真实验表明,新算法对加噪、滤波、旋转具有较高的鲁棒性.

     

    Abstract: This paper proposed a new digital watermarking algorithm based on compressive sensing and wavelet transform,for copyright protection.At first,sparse decomposition with wavelet transformation is carried out on the original image,and the low-frequency coefficients is scramble with Arnold scrambling.Then Gaussian random observation matrix is applied to implement compressive sensing measurement on the coefficient matrix.The watermark is embedded into the perceptual domain,namely,the compressed signal.At last,The OMP algorithm was adopted to restore the recomposed low-frequency matrix signal.And the image is reconstructed with wavelet transform.In this watermarking algorithm,the measurement matrix is also served as the key,thus enforce the security.In addition,Arnold scrambling increase the invisibility and security of the watermark.The simulation results show that this new algorithm is robust to noise,filtering and rotation attacks.
