基于SolidWorks Simulation工具的电源模块的热力仿真分析

Based on SolidWorks Simulation tool thermal Simulation analysis of the power supply module

  • 摘要: 从SolidWorks Simlulation的热力分析流程、分析目标、前处理、求解、后处理及优化几个方面来阐述如何对电源模块进行热力仿真分析.借助热力分析手段来提高电源模块的可靠性热设计,使分析结果成为热设计、设计优化、方案论证、设计验证的重要信息来源或参考,为热设计和分析提供了一种比较实用的新方法.

     

    Abstract: this article illustrated how the thermal simulation analysis was carried out on the power supply module from the solidworks simlulation thermal analysis process, analysis of the target,pretreatment,solving and post-processing and optimization.It improved the reliability of power supply module thermal design by means of thermal analysis method,and made the results of the analysis thermal design,design optimization,project demonstration,design verification of important information sources or reference.It provided a more practical new method for the thermal design and analysis.
