Abstract: Aimed at the difficulties and problems in teaching the course of Theory of Electro-magnetic Field,course reforms,based on the author's considerations,are carried out in course system,teaching contents and methods according to the requirements from the course goal.Some good effects are achieved in the reform practices by paying attentions on the training of the students' scientific literacy,thinking ability and innovation ability.
