Abstract:
A method was developed for determination of eight organochlorine insecticide residues in agricultural products by gas chromatography. The samples were extracted with acetone/petroleum ether, and cleaned up with microsulfonation reaction the extracts were analyzed by gas chromatography.External standard calibration method was used for quantification. The linearities of calibration curves of the eight residues were in good with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.997 in the range of 5100 g/L.The limits of the detection(LODs) of the eight residues were in the range of 0.595.37 g/kg,and the limits of the quantification (LOQs) were in the range of 1.9717.86 g/kg.The recoveries of the eight residues were in the range of 74.0%106.1% at the three spiked levels(5,10,20 g/kg),and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were all below 11%.The method is simple, quick and effective to analyze the eight organochlorine insecticide residues in agricultural products, such as tea, ginger, oranges ect.
