叔丁基硝酮类化合物的合成工艺研究

Studies of synthetic process of tert-butyl nitrones

  • 摘要: 自制N-叔丁基羟胺并通过气相色谱进行质量控制,然后以其为原料,分别与苯甲醛-2,4-二磺酸钠和3,5,6-三甲基吡嗪-2-甲醛反应,合成了N-叔丁基硝酮类化合物NXY-059及TBN,该工艺简洁,收率高,适合工业化生产.

     

    Abstract: N-tert-butyl hydroxylamine was prepared and its quality was controlled by gas chromatography.Then it reacted with benzaldehyde disulfonic acid disodium salt and 3,5,6-trimethyl-2-pyrazinealdehyde,respectively.After recrystallization,N- tert-butyl nitrones compounds NXY-059 and TBN were obtained.The concise synthetic processes with high yields were suitable for industrial manufacture.
