SPME-GC/MS分析都匀毛尖茶挥发性成分

Analysis on volatile components of Duyun Maojian tea by SPME-GC/MS

  • 摘要: 用固相微萃取法分别从3种都匀毛尖茶鲜叶和4种成品茶中提取挥发性成分,用气质联用仪进行测定,结合Nist 2005和Wiley 275谱库鉴定各成分,用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对质量分数.结果表明,都匀毛尖茶挥发性成分主要是醇类、醛类和碳氢化合物.茶鲜叶和成品茶、不同生长阶段、不同等级茶叶的挥发性成分有一定差异.结果可为进一步拓展都匀毛尖茶特征性香气物质的研究和应用提供一定的基础.

     

    Abstract: The volatile components of 3 kinds of fresh leaves and 4 kinds of brewed Duyun Maojian tea were extracted by SPME,then analyzed by GC-MS referring to spectral library Nist 2005 and Wiley 275.Further more,the relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.The results showed that the volatile components of Duyun Maojian tea were mostly alcohols,aldehydes and hydrocarbons.There were different volatile components between fresh leaves and brewed tea,between growth stages and grades of tea.This manuscript will provide further development for characteristic aroma substance and application of Duyun Maojian tea.
