三元共聚高吸水树脂CTS/AMPS/AM的合成和热分解动力学研究

Preparation and thermal decomposition kinetics of three component copolymer super absorbent resin CTS/AMPS/AM

  • 摘要: 以壳聚糖(CTS)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,采用静置热聚合法合成三元共聚高吸水树脂CTS/AMPS/AM.通过FT-IR和SEM对树脂的结构进行表征;并利用TG-DTG技术研究了树脂在氮气气氛中的热分解动力学.结果表明三元共聚高吸水树脂CTS/AMPS/AM的热分解平均活化能及指前因子分别为:E=125.00kJ/mol,lg(A/s-1)=9.77;其分解反应微分函数为:f()=6(1-)231-(1-)1312;积分函数为:g()=1-(1-)1312,对应的热分解反应方程为:ddT=6(1-)231-(1-)13125.89109exp-125.00103RT.

     

    Abstract: Using chitosan(CTS),2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic(AMPS) and acid acrylamide(AM) as raw materials,N,N-methylene bis acrylamide(NMBA) as cross-linking agent,three component copolymer super absorbent resin CTS/AMPS/AM was prepared by static thermal polymerization.The resin structure was characterized by FT-IR and SEM.The thermal decomposition process of resin was studied with TG-DTG technology.The results show that the activation energy,the pre-exponential factor and the order of the thermal decomposition reaction (n) were about E=125.00kJ/mol,lg(A/s-1)=9.77 and n=1/2 respectively.The differential mechanism function f()=6(1- ) 2 3 1 - ( 1 - ) 1 3 1 2 the integral function g()= 1 - ( 1 - ) 1 3 1 2 .And the thermal decomposition reaction formula was: d dT =6(1- ) 2 3 1 - ( 1 - ) 1 3 1 2 5.89 10 9 exp - 125.00 10 3 RT .
