Abstract:
Using chitosan(CTS),2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic(AMPS) and acid acrylamide(AM) as raw materials,N,N-methylene bis acrylamide(NMBA) as cross-linking agent,three component copolymer super absorbent resin CTS/AMPS/AM was prepared by static thermal polymerization.The resin structure was characterized by FT-IR and SEM.The thermal decomposition process of resin was studied with TG-DTG technology.The results show that the activation energy,the pre-exponential factor and the order of the thermal decomposition reaction (n) were about E=125.00kJ/mol,lg(A/s-1)=9.77 and n=1/2 respectively.The differential mechanism function f()=6(1- ) 2 3 1 - ( 1 - ) 1 3 1 2 the integral function g()= 1 - ( 1 - ) 1 3 1 2 .And the thermal decomposition reaction formula was: d dT =6(1- ) 2 3 1 - ( 1 - ) 1 3 1 2 5.89 10 9 exp - 125.00 10 3 RT .
