  • 摘要: 研究了2种无机钾盐(氯化钾、硝酸钾)和2种有机钾盐(乙酸钾、柠檬酸钾)对烟草燃烧特性的影响以及它们对烟气成分的影响.利用同步热分析-红外-气质联用仪(STA-IR-GC/MS)对添加不同钾盐的烟草的热解行为进行研究,通过对热解产物进行红外扫描,同时对其产物进行实时GC-MS分析检测.将生物质的综合燃烧特性指数应用于烟草燃烧过程的研究,并得出上述钾盐对卷烟的综合燃烧指数的影响大小为:柠檬酸钾>硝酸钾>乙酸钾>氯化钾.利用卷烟燃烧指数的评价方法及IR-GC/MS分析手段,可进行推广评价不同品种的钾盐添加入卷烟后,对烟丝的综合燃烧指数和烟气中成分含量的影响.

     

    Abstract: The effects of two inorganic potassium salt (potassium chloride,potassium nitrate) and two organic potassium (potassium acetate,potassium citrate) on the combustion characteristics and smoke composition of tobacco were studied.Effects of tobacco combustion improve potassium were studied by STA-IR-GC/MS,the pyrolysis products were scanned by the infrared and analyzed by GC-MS.The comprehensive index of combustion characteristics of biomass combustion process was applied to tobacco research.Potassium salt of the cigarette burning index of the overall size of:potassium citrate>potassium nitrate>potassium acetate>potassium chloride.Through the use of cigarette combustion index and IR-GC/MS analysis tools,we can promote the method for evaluation the influence of tobacco combustion index and comprehensive component content in smoke,after added different varieties of potassium to cigarettes.
