烤烟淀粉与物理指标的关系分析

Relationship between starch and physical indexes in flue-cured tobacco leaves

  • 摘要: 检测了我国主要烤烟产区的396份云烟87品种的C3F等级烟叶样品,分析了我国烤烟淀粉与物理指标的关系,并构建了二者的多元回归方程.结果表明:烤烟淀粉与叶面密度关系可用复合比级数曲线模型?=e(0.5247+0.0124x)描述,与平衡含水率关系可用指数模型?=1873.9717e-2.193x描述,与叶片厚度关系可用二次函数模型?=15.1955-260.4228x+1494.0512x2描述,与拉力关系可用对数模型?=6.1118-2.6737 lnx描述,与填充值关系可用逆矩阵模型?=-1.3542+25.5112/x描述,与单叶重关系可用幂函数曲线模型?=1.851x0.0916描述,与含梗率关系可用混合曲线模型?=14.84670.9614x描述,与出丝率关系可用S模型?=e(4.8626-306.049/x)描述,曲线回归方程相关性均达到极显著水平;烤烟淀粉含量与单叶重、叶面密度、叶片厚度和出丝率等指标呈极显著正相关关系,与填充值、平衡含水率、拉力和含梗率呈极显著负相关关系;通径分析表明单叶重、叶面密度、拉力、平衡含水率等物理指标对烤烟淀粉含量的直接作用绝对值较大.

     

    Abstract: 396 samples of tobacco leaves at C3F grade from 87 Yunyan varieties in China main production area of flue-cured tobacco were detected.The relationship between the starch content and the physical properties was analyzed by using multivariate statistical methods Multiple Regression equations were constructed.The relationship between tobacco starch content and leaf density matched the growth model ?=e(0.5247+0.0124x)description.The relationship between starch content and equilibrium moisture content matched the power model ?=1873.9717e-2.193x description.The relationship between starch content and leaf thickness matched the quadrati function model ?=15.1955-260.4228x+1494.0512x2 description.The relationship between starch content and pulling force matched the logarithm model ?=6.1118-2.6737 lnx description.The relationship between starch content and leaf filling value matched the inverse matrix model ?=-1.3542+25.5112/x description.The relationship between starch content and single leaf weight matched the exponential curve model ?=1.851x0.0916 description.The relationship between starch content and stem ratio matched the compound model ?=14.84670.9614x description.The relationship between starch content and cut tobacco yield relationships matched the S model ?=e(4.8626-306.049/x) description.All the curve regression equations were extremely significant.Flue-cured tobacco starch content was significantly positive related with weight, density, thickness, cut tobacco yield of one single leaf, and significantly negative related with filling capacity, equilibrium moisture content tobacco pulling force and stem ratio.Path analysis between starch content and physical properties in flue-cured tobacco leaves indicates that:The physical index of the weight, density, pulling force and equilibrium moisture content of a single leaf has direct and significant effect on the starch content of tobacco.
