基于Ag-Pt纳米颗粒标记型C-反应蛋白免疫传感器的研制

Preparation of C-reactive protein immunosensor based onsilver platinum nanomaterials

  • 摘要: 通过置换反应水热合成法合成中空银铂纳米材料,并对其进行表征,利用它的催化活性制备了一种灵敏的标记型C-反应蛋白免疫传感器.传感器首先以中空石墨烯为固定材料将C-反应蛋白抗体固定在电极上,采用中空银铂纳米颗粒标记C-反应蛋白抗体,通过夹心法检测C-反应蛋白.在最优的实验条件下,对C-反应蛋白进行检测,其线性范围为 0.1~150ng/mL,线性相关系数为0.9643,检测限为0.02ng/mL.

     

    Abstract: In this paper, silver platinum nanomaterials were synthesized and characterized through replacement hydrothermal synthesis.The catalytic activity of Ag/Pt nanomaterials to the reduction of H2O2 was utilized as a sensitive label to fabricate sandwich type of C-reaction protein immunosensor.Hollow graphene was used as immobilization matrix and hollow silver platinum nanomerials was labeled on the C-reactive protein antibody to construct sandwich C reactive protein immunesensor.Under the optimized experimental conditions, the detection range of the sensor is 0.1150ng/mL with linear correlation coefficient of 0.9643 and the detection limits of 0.02ng/mL.
